Summary

The Utility Regulator is today consulting on:


* Business rules to introduce an entry point into the BGE (NI) network on the South-North pipeline (SNP); and
* Business rules to introduce a virtual reverse flow product in Northern Ireland.

The Utility Regulator is today consulting on:

* Business rules to introduce an entry point into the BGE (NI) network on the South-North pipeline (SNP); and
* Business rules to introduce a virtual reverse flow product in Northern Ireland.

We signalled our intention to consult on these business rules before Easter in our March consultation and explained that these business rules are necessary to meet the infringement under Regulation (EC) 715/2009 which replaced Regulation (EC) 1775/2005.
