Summary
The Utility Regulator is today publishing a consultation paper on the future of the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) which was due to close in March 2016.
The consultation paper proposes a further extension to the NISEP, limited to one year, and also reflects a change in how the costs of the NISEP are allocated between customer groups.
