Consultation on Power NI supply price control 2017 (SPC17)

Today we publish a consultation paper on proposals for the next Power NI Supply Price Control (which begins 1st April 2017). It follows on from our October 2015 Approach paper.

We received five responses to the Approach paper, however only three of these referred to the Power NI control in their responses.  These responses can be viewed here:

Today’s consultation paper outlines the analysis and rationale for our proposed decisions in relation to the main issues within the control, those being its structure and form, a two year extension to the current Power NI control and the customer coverage (scope) of the price control and regulated tariffs.

Following responses to this consultation, final decisions will be taken in autumn/winter this year.
