Consultation on proposed electricity generation licence for Belfast Power Ltd

The Utility Regulator has today given notice of its intention to grant a licence to generate electricity to Belfast Power Ltd.

A copy of the proposed licence accompanies this notice.

The Utility Regulator recently published a decision paper on modifications to electricity licences in order to necessitate implementation of the Integrated Single Electricity Market (I-SEM).  The modifications contained within that decision paper are included within this licence.
