Consultation on Proposed Licence Modifications to give effect to the CMA’s Final Determination on the SONI TSO Price Control 2015 – 2020
The UR today publishes its consultation on the Proposed Licence Modifications to give effect to the Competition Markets Authority’s (CMA) Final Determination (FD) on the SONI TSO Price Control 2015 – 2020.
The proposed modifications are made under Article 14 of the Electricity (NI) Order 1992 and an Article 14(2) Notice is included in this paper. The focus of this consultation is to ensure that the modifications proposed by the UR reflect the CMA’s FD but it is not a consultation on the merits or otherwise of the FD.
