firmus energy (Supply) Ltd Price Control Draft Determination

The Utility Regulator today publishes its consultation on a draft determination for a price control for firmus energy (Supply) Ltd.  This is the second consultation on our proposals for a price control for firmus.  The initial consultation can be found here. Two responses were received to this consultation and these are included within the draft determination.

We welcome comments from all interested parties on our proposals. 

Copies of all documents will also be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
