Gas Storage Licence Consultation

The purpose of the consultation is to confirm the detail of the licence conditions that were presented in a previous consultation and also to present new conditions that have been developed. A draft final gas storage licence also accompanies the consultation paper.

The paper also sets out the application process for a gas storage licence.

The Utility Regulator invites comment on this consultation paper.
