The Northern Ireland Authority for Energy Regulation (the Authority) today published a consultation paper entitled “Energy Efficiency The Most Best Options”.

In publishing this paper the Authority does not claim any monopoly on ideas and would welcome proposals from others which it could consider - and if appropriate - consult on.
