Notice of Intention to publish an Article 45 (4) notice

The Authority hereby gives notice under Article 45(4) of the Energy Order of its proposal to impose a financial penalty on Project Plug Limited.

Any written representations or objections to this notice may be made on or before 10 December 2019 to Sarah Brady either by email (Sarah.Brady @uregni.gov.uk) or by post (Queens House, 14 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6ED) by 17.00 on 10 December 2019.

Any representations received that are not marked as confidential may be published on the Utility Regulator's website.
