Proposed Changes to Conditions in Northern Ireland Electricity Licences (GUA’s)

The Utility Regulator seeks the views of stakeholders, consumers and other affected persons on proposed changes conditions in Northern Ireland Electricity Licences relating to the cancellation of generating unit agreements entered into at privatisation of the electricity industry

The purpose of the proposed changes is update references which will not otherwise be correct for the period after Go-Live given changes to other licences and documents.

The Utility Regulator is the informal name for the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation (NIAUR) the regulator of the Electrcity, Gas and Water and Sewerage industries in Northern Ireland.
