Today the Utility Regulator publishes our final determination on the price control for firmus energy (Supply) Ltd 2023-2026.

This sets out our final determinations for the price control for firmus energy (Supply) Ltd (FES) in the Ten Towns gas supply market.

The price control will come into effect on 1 January 2023 and will run until 31 December 2026.

We have also published the proposed licence modifications (Article 14 notice) which reflects the decisions laid out in the final determination.
