Revised equality scheme and disability action plan 2018-2023

This consultation paper details the Utility Regulator's proposed revised Equality Scheme and Disability Action Plan for the period 2018-23.

The scheme was approved by the Equality Commission in 2012.  It is being reviewed in response to the statutory five year review requirement set out in the original Equality Scheme, and has been revised and amended to ensure that it is up-to-date to reflect changes that have been made to the organisational structure, functions and contact details.  No substantive changes are being proposed.
