Today we publish our Draft Decision on changes to certain matters relating to the 2015-2020 price control for SONI. This follows the Consultation that closed on 26 May 2017. We received two responses to this Consultation from SONI and the Consumer Council Northern Ireland which are also published alongside the Draft Decision.
The Draft Decision concerns SONI's defined benefit pension scheme, SONI's defined contribution pension scheme and the change of law provisions in Annex 1 (the price control conditions) of the Licence.
An Article 14 (2) notice relating to the proposed Licence moficiations accompanies the Draft Decision.
This Draft Decision will be open to consultation for 28 days and representations may be made on or before 5pm on 14 September 2017 by writing to or by emailing: Electricity_Networks_Responses@uregni.gov.uk
