UR consults on new electricity supply licence for LCC Group LTD (t/a Go Power)

The Utility Regulator has today given notice of its intention to grant a new electricity supply licence to LCC Group Limited.  LCC Power Limited (which currently holds an electricity supply licence) is a 100% subsidiary of LCC Group Limited and is due to be hived up to LCC Group Limited.  Therefore, a new electricity supply licence is required for LCC Group Limited (t/a Go Power). 

In addition, the Utility Regulator has given consent to LCC Power Limited to assign its gas licence to LCC Group Limited on 1 October 2016

A copy of the proposed licence accompanies this notice.
