Utility Regulator and CER consult on security of supply

The Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) are today publishing a Security of Supply Consultation Paper as part of the Common Arrangements for Gas (CAG) project.

The paper examines the security of supply arrangements currently in place in Ireland and Northern Ireland and provides a framework for how these will be addressed under the CAG project.

Comments on the paper are welcome and should be submitted to Richard Hume (richard.hume@niaur.gov.uk) and Robert O’Rourke (rorourke@cer.ie) before close of business on Friday 30th January 2009.
