Utility Regulator consults on CAG transmission tariff

Summary

The Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) are today publishing a document as part of the Common Arrangements for Gas (CAG) project

This is a consultation paper on the CAG transmission tariff and outlines a number of reform options that aim to deliver a harmonised approach to gas transmission tariffing and regulation in the two jurisdictions.

As part of the consultation process, the Regulatory Authorities are hosting a workshop on the 9th of July at the Utility Regulator’s offices, Queen’s House, Queen Street, Belfast. Interested parties are welcome to attend. Please send notification of your attendance to Richard Hume.

Copies of the document will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.

Comments on the consultation paper are welcome and should be submitted, preferably in electronic format.
