The paper sets out the Utility Regulator’s interim determination on a price control for Phoenix Supply Ltd (“Phoenix”), to last for two years from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2008. This is the first time that a price control will be determined for the supply business. The interim determination takes into consideration the comments received from Phoenix in August and December 2007.
