Utility Regulator consults on modifications to NI Water’s Licence

The Utility Regulator is today publishing a consultation on modifications to NI Water’s Licence.  The modifications apply to Conditions B, FI and J of the licence, specifically to the Principal Statement, Procurement Activity Report and Levels of Service Certificate elements. A copy of the draft licence modifications can be viewed here.

 A copy of the proposed modifications can be viewed during normal office hours, and can be obtained (free of charge).

Copies of all documents can be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
