Utility Regulator consults on modifications to Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd Conveyance Licence

The Utility Regulator seeks responses to its consultation on the proposed modifications to Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd Conveyance Licence.

The paper also constitutes notice by the Utility Regulator, pursuant to the relevant legislation, for the purpose of consulting on the proposed licence modifications as set out in Appendix 1 to the paper. Appendix 2 sets out the relevant statutory notice.
