Summary
The Utility Regulator has today published a consultation paper and Notice Under Article 17(4), that sets out the proposed licence modifications required to bring into effect the recent decision of the Competition Commission on the Phoenix Natural Gas Ltd distribution price control for 2012 and 2013 (referred to as PNGL12).
The proposed modifications should be read in conjunction with the Competition Commission’s determination document.
A copy of the paper will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
