Utility Regulator Publishes Consultation Paper on Framework Document for the NISEP (formerly the EEL

Further to the consultation on the Energy Efficiency Levy (EEL) Review and the subsequent publication of a Decision Paper, the Utility Regulator is now consulting on a revised Framework Document for the new Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) which will apply to schemes being undertaken in April 2010-March 2011.
