Summary
The Utility Regulator has today published a short consultation on the framework document which governs the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP).
Those interested in bidding for NISEP funding for the year commencing 1 April 2013 should carefully consider this document. Bids in relation to the year commencing 1 April 2013 must be submitted by 31 December 2012.
Along with the consultation document, potential bidders and stakeholders should note the draft framework document and draft accedence document attached with this consultation.
Copies of the document will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
