The Utility Regulator today publishes an Information Paper outlining our expectations in relation to the scope, duration, operational expenditure, capital expenditure and remuneration for the System Operator for Northern Ireland (SONI) price control.
This approach paper marks the start of this price control process which will involve a business plan submission and engagement before publishing a draft determination for consultation and subsequently a final determination with a view to being effective from 1 October 2015.
