On 19 March the Utility Regulator published a technical consultation paper which set out further proposed modifications necessary to implement elements of the EU Third Energy Package.
We received 10 responses to the consultation and they have been taken into account in determining the final licence modifications. The Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment has also consented to the modifications which are set out in this final decision paper.
The modifications come into effect on 30 April 2013.
