The Utility Regulator is today publishing our decision paper on the revised electricity and gas licence fee methodology. This follows a consultation in July 2016. One response was received to this consultation which is provided below:
The licence fee methodology was revised to take account of the new Licence Modifications and Appeals Regulations to incorporate charging for Demand Side Units and Aggregated Generating Units.
