The Utility Regulator has today (4 February 2025) published our decision paper on licence modifications to NIE Networks' Transmission and Distribution Licences.
The licence modifications in this decision paper are required to give effect to the RP7 Price Control Determination which was published on the 30 October 2024. We previously consulted on the licence modifications which closed on 2 December 2024.

We have considered NIE Networks' comments in response to our consultation and include our respective decisions within the decision paper. This decision paper on licence modifications is complemented by seven Annexes:
