The Utility Regulator’s annual Domestic Consumer Insight Tracker research for 2024 is set to launch this week.
Every year, we conduct this important research into Northern Ireland consumers’ experiences of the gas and electricity markets. Now in its fifth year, the findings of the survey help to inform the work we do to protect these consumers.
If you are resident in Northern Ireland, you may be contacted by Perceptive Insight, a professional market research company who will be conducting the survey on behalf of Utility Regulator. The topics that may be discussed include the type of heating systems you use and your interactions with gas and electricity suppliers.
