In October 2023, NIE Networks submitted digital and IT replanned allowances to the Utility Regulator for approval. This replanned submission included updated requests of £5.849m for allowances for digital and IT investment for the RP6 price control extension year.
Following consideration of NIE Networks request, in December 2023, we provided our draft determination allowance for the digital and IT services of £4.054m.
After considering NIE Networks’ response to our draft determination, we are now making a final determination allowance of £5.246m.
