We have published our Forward Work Programme (FWP) 2025/2026.
The FWP is our annual business plan and sets out the non-routine projects we plan to do in the forthcoming year. Our FWP is developed in the context of delivering our Corporate Strategy 2024-2029, 'Protecting Consumers on the way to Net Zero'. The FWP projects are organised under our corporate strategy objectives.
Commenting on the publication of our Forward Work Programme, John French, Utility Regulator Chief Executive, said:
“We published our Corporate Strategy 2024-2029, Protecting Consumers on the way to Net Zero, last year. Our strategy sets out an ambitious and engaging vision of delivering a low carbon future with the protection of consumers front of mind during the journey to net zero.
“Our FWP gives practical effect to what we will do through a programme of projects which together demonstrate our commitment to delivering on protecting consumers on the way to net zero.
“Key to helping us deliver on our projects is collaboration and co-operation with our stakeholders, and we are grateful for their contribution in helping us shaping our FWP.”
Responses to our public consultation on the draft Forward Work Programme are also published. We will also provide direct feedback to those that have responded.
A paper copy of the FWP can be obtained from the CEO Office via email ceooffice@uregni.gov.uk or in writing to the Utility Regulator, Queens House, 14 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6ED.
