The Utility Regulator published a consultation paper on vacant sites within the NIE Land Bank, which is due to close on Thursday 22 July.
The purpose of this paper is to:
1. make people aware of the existence of Land Bank sites;
2. ask interested parties whether any or all the sites should be released to the market; and
3. ask interested parties what pre-conditions any subsequent Request for Proposals should contain and what criteria should be used to assess these proposals.
