The Evaluative Performance Framework (EPF), part of SONI’s 2020 - 2025 price control, provides an evaluation of their Annual Forward Plan and performance. Through this, we build a comprehensive picture of SONI’s performance based on the knowledge and experience of a wide range of consumers, industry parties and experts.
We recently published a call for feedback on SONI’s Forward Plan for 2024/2025, which remains open until 12 noon on 7 November 2024.
As part of this process, we are hosting a stakeholder meeting with the EPF Panel in attendance on:
Wednesday 13 November 2024, 10:00am to 11:30am.
This event will allow SONI to explain its Annual Forward Plan for 2024/2025 and allow stakeholders to ask questions and provide direct feedback to SONI.
This will be a hybrid event, with the option for stakeholders to attend either in person at Queens House or online.
Following this ‘open session’, there will be a further ‘closed session' for SONI, the Independent Panel and the Utility Regulator.
