The Evaluative Performance Framework (EPF), part of SONI’s 2020 to 2025 price control, provides an evaluation of their Annual Forward Plans and performance. Through this, we build a comprehensive picture of SONI’s performance based on the knowledge and experience of a wide range of consumers, industry parties and experts.
We are hosting a stakeholder meeting on Tuesday 27 February, when SONI will provide an update on their Annual Performance Report 2022/2023. Stakeholders will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide direct feedback to SONI. The EPF independent panel members will also be in attendance at this meeting.
