Requirement for Consultation Support on SEMO Price Control 2008 Project.
On behalf of NIAUR and CER, NIAUR are seeking to appoint a service provider suitably experienced in the area of electricity market operator price control.
Professional consultancy assistance is required by NIAUR & CER in reviewing and analysing the revenue submission from the market operator for the period October 2008 to September 2009.
The assistance required will take the form of analysis, consultation and an internal advice paper prepared by the consultant(s). This paper will be a key input used in setting the revenue and tariff levels for the next review period for the market operator.
The closing date for the return of tenders is no later than 7 March 2008. NIAUR plan to select the winning tender during early March and we would expect the assignment to commence on 31 March 2008.
