Regulator consults on Gas Licence Fee Methodology

This document seeks the views of relevant stakeholders on the proposed set of principles underpinning the methodology by which the annual gas licence fees are calculated.  The current principles have been in place since 31 March 2003 (see Annex 1 of the consultation paper) and were reviewed in November 2008. 

The aim of the review is to derive a methodology that will provide a straightforward calculation of the licence fee taking into consideration the current structure of the gas market. 

Copies of the document will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
