As part of the RP5 Price Control Process, NIE submitted their business plan for the RP5 period (2012 - 2017). The Utility Regulator has not commented on this paper nor assessed the scope of work or costs proposed in the paper. The views in the paper are entirely those of NIE.
The Utility Regulator will be completing a rigorous assessment of all the plans and costs submitted by NIE and will be consulting on these later in 2011.
