SONI Price Control 2010 -2015 Consultation Paper Published

The Utility Regulator is today publishing a consultation paper which considers SONI’s allowed revenue to recover its operating costs, depreciation and a reasonable return on investment.

Responses are invited on any of the issues raised in this paper and in particular on:

- proposed approach to the price control:
- proposed duration of the price control;
- proposed operating costs;
- proposed capital expenditure;
- regulatory asset base;
- depreciation;
- weighted average cost of capital; and
- incentive mechanisms.
