Utility Regulator consults on proposals for a cross-utility approach to network price controls

The consultation paper, which includes a discussion of various technical aspects of price controls, is likely to be of most interest to industry and regulatory professionals.

- the form and duration of price controls;
- incentivisation in price controls;
- issues associated with the cost of capital and financeability;
