NIAER Issues Proposals for NIE T&D Price Control 2007-2012

The Northern Ireland Authority for Energy Regulation (the Authority) today published a consultation paper entitled “Northern Ireland Electricity _ T&D Price controls 2007-2012”.

The closing date for responses is 31 January 2006.

Copies of the paper will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.

The Authority would also like to highlight that the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) have published a consultation paper entitled “Proposals concerning amendments to Agreed Procedure AP06 - Interconnector Trading. Rationing Methodology to be applied to Interconnector Trades”. This paper can be downloaded from the CER website; www.cer.ie.
