On 5 April 2002 The Director General of Gas for Northern Ireland (DGG) Mr Douglas McIldoon, at the request of the Minister for Enterprise Trade and Investment, issued an invitation for expressions of interest from natural gas companies interested in developing Northern Ireland’s natural gas network beyond the Phoenix Natural Gas Licensed area.
The DGG and the Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment now wish to invite formal applications for natural gas conveyance and/or supply licences in Northern Ireland.
The closing date for applications is 12 Noon on Friday 7 February 2003.
