NIAUR consults on acquisition of gas transmission company, Phoenix Natural Gas Limited, by NIEH

The Utility Regulator seeks views on the issues raised by the proposed acquisition of the regulated gas transmission company, Phoenix Natural Gas Limited, by Northern Ireland Energy Holdings Limited.

Representations or objections with respect to this proposal are invited on or before Tuesday 24 July 07 preferably in electronic format to: brian.mchugh@niaur.gov.uk

Unless specifically requested otherwise, responses may be published on our website. Respondents should therefore clearly mark any part of their response (or, if appropriate, the whole response) they wish to remain confidential.
