The Utility Regulator is holding a public information session to provide a factual briefing on the Competition Commission’s provisional determination on NIE’s revenues over the period from 1 April 2012 to 30 September 2017. The Competition Commission issued the provisional determination for consultation on Friday 8 November and interested parties have until 29 November to respond.
