Utility Regulator publishes documents on ten towns consultation
Published:
Summary
The Utility Regulator has published two documents in relation to its consultation on licence changes to amend the timetable for the relinquishing of firmus energy’s supply exclusivity in the ten towns area.
The first is a Gas Notice which sets out the proposed changes to firmus energy’s license to supply gas to the ten towns area. The second is a ‘minded to’ document which proposes to better coordinate the current staggered timetable for market opening for the large industrial and commercial sector on 1 October 2012 and the domestic and small industrial and commercial sector on 1 April 2015.
Responses to both documents should be sent to Neil Bingham no later than 5.00pm on 31 January 2011:
