The Utility Regulator, under Article 8(6) of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 as amended, is publishing a notice in respect of an extension to the licence area of Phoenix Natural Gas Limited. The reason for the extension is to allow for the construction of the pipeline infrastructure necessary to facilitate the conveyance of gas to the Cranmore Pet Crematorium.
Copies of the notice will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
