On 13 February 2015 the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation on the proposed grant of an electricity supply licence to Gaelectric Green Energy Limited.
We did not receive any formal responses to the proposal to grant a licence to Gaelectric Green Energy Limited.
In accordance with Article 10 of The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, the Utility Regulator now gives notice that a licence for the supply of electricity in Northern Ireland (as specified in Schedule 1 of the licence) was granted to Gaelectric Green Energy Limited on 16 March 2015.
