Following a statutory consultation, Power NI Power Procurement Business (PPB) has consented to the Utility Regulator’s licence modifications without amendment. For further details on the licence modifications, please use the link here.
The licence modifications give effect to the PPB price control decision paper, following the publication on 26 April 2012.
The price control runs from 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2015.
