The Utility Regulator has today formally granted an extension to the Competition Commission in relation to the deadline for completing its Inquiry into the Phoenix Natural Gas price control conditions. This follows a request for the extension by the Competition Commission. The period for the Competition Commission making its report will now expire on Friday 30 November 2012, which is an extension from Friday 28 September 2012.
