The Utility Regulator today publishes a second consultation paper on a new supplier code of practice on energy bills and statements.
The objective of the code of practice is to bring together all requirements relating to energy bills and statements and provide some principles which will guide suppliers in the development of their bills and statements. We welcome feedback from all stakeholders on the content of the proposed code of practice. The consultation will close on 28 April 2017.
