Article 9(6) of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management (the CACM Regulation) requires the approval of all regulatory authorities of the intraday cross-zonal gate opening and intra-day cross zonal gate closure times.
On 14 December 2016, the Utility Regulator received the all TSOs’ proposal for the Intraday Cross-Zonal Gate Timings.
The Utility Regulator is today, 30 June 2017, publishing its decision to request an amendment to the all TSOs’ Intraday Cross-Zonal Gate Timings proposal, pursuant to Article 9(6) and 9(12) of the CACM Regulation, and outlines the necessary steps that must be taken. Also published are:
- The request for amendment by all Regulatory Authorities agreed at the Energy Regulators’ Forum on all TSOs’ Proposal for Intraday Cross-Zonal Gate Opening and Gate Closure Times
- All TSOs’ proposal for intraday cross-zonal gate opening and gate closure times in accordance with Article 59 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management.
