Technical consultation published on licence modifications for GNI (UK)

This follows the publication of our preliminary decision on the certification. Directive 2009/73/EC requires gas transmission system operators to operate independently from production or supply interests. 

Our paper consults on the licence changes required to implement the Directive requirements.  The modifications closely mirror those previously made for Premier Transmission Limited and Belfast Gas Transmission Limited.  We have also taken the opportunity to make minor changes to other parts of the licence which have since become outdated. 

Copies of all documents can be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
