Summary
Today the Utility Regulator publishes notice of its consultation on proposed modifications to the SSE Airtricity (Northern Ireland) and Vayu Limited supply licences.
These modifications propose to amend the financial year as included in Condition 2 of Vayu Limited’s Electricity Supply Licence and in Condition 1.2 of SSE Airtricity Gas Supply (Northern Ireland) Limited’s Gas Supply Licence. As requested by the relevant suppliers, these proposed modifications will align the financial year in their supply licences with their own statutory financial years.
